We need your help, your support, your ideas and sometimes even your washing up skills. Current opportunities for getting involved with Beeston in Transition include
- Give us your ideas via the our blog here or drop us a line here
- Come along to a steering group meeting which is open to anyone with an interest in finding out more. Details of our next meeting available here
- Join our yahoo group to receive and exchange information and ideas and input into our planning for events. More details here
- Help us with organising an event or film showing. This could mean contributing your ideas, helping with the planning, being involved on the day or helping us promote the event. To find out details of upcoming activities and what help we need by getting in touch here
- Tell your friends, family, workmates and neighbours about the issues and spread the word about Beeston in Transition. We can provide speakers for local groups if needed, written information or anything else you may need. Give us a call here
- Write an article for our blog to update others on any local, regional or even international news on transition issues. Just email us your article for the blog here along with your contact details.
- Write a letter to the local paper or place an article in a local community newsletter. We can provide you with model articles if needed. Just get in touch here
